Louis Pojman's Ethics: Discovering Right and Wrong isn't all about utilitarianism; instead, it's in large part a survey of several important and influential normative ethical theories, including utilitarianism, and an analysis and evaluation of the workability of each one. Although Louis Pojman died in 2005, James Fieser has continued to amend and update the book for undergraduate students of philosophy, religious studies, and theology. It's a little expensive, but the eighth edition is available here and is an excellent resource for anyone really interested in ethics.
